DESCRIPTION: The Annual Meeting of the Hong Kong-Canada Business 
 Association (the &ldquo\;Association&rdquo\;) will be held virtually at 
 6:00pm EDT on Monday\, September 28\, 2025 for the following purposes: to 
 appoint chairman\, secretary and scrutineer for the meeting to establish 
 that a quorum is present to approve the Minutes of the AGM held on 
 September\, 2025 in Ottawa (&ldquo\;Minutes of the 2026 AGM&rdquo\;) The 
 National Treasurer to present a report (the "Treasurer's Report") to 
 facilitate the approval of the Association&rsquo\;s financial statements 
 for the year ended on March 31\, 2026 (the &ldquo\;Fiscal 2026 FS&rdquo\;)
  to elect National Board Directors to waive appointment of public 
 accountant\; dispense auditor (non-soliciting and less than $1 million 
 revenue) to ratify acts of Directors and Officers to adjourn meeting To 
 register\, members in good standing must register via the HKCBA website or
  email nationaled@hkcba.com In accordance with the Bylaw of the 
 Association\, a Member may appoint as his or her PROXY any other Member to
  vote at the Association&rsquo\;s Annual General Meeting. It is the 
 intention of Members who are officers and directors of the Association to 
 vote in favour of the matters before the Annual General Meeting. Please
