2025 HKCBA AGM - In-Person

The Annual Meeting of the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association (the “Association”) will be held at The Royal Bank – 90 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1P 5B4 (Room 02-South-033) at 3:30pm EDT on Friday, September 12, 2025 for the following purposes:

• to appoint chairman, secretary and scrutineer for the meeting
• to establish that a quorum is present
• to approve the Minutes of the AGM held on October 26, 2024 in Vancouver (“Minutes of the 2024 AGM”)
• The National Treasurer to present a report (the "Treasurer's Report") to facilitate the approval of the Association’s financial statements for the year ended on March 31, 2025 (the “Fiscal 2025 FS”)
• to elect National Board Directors
• to waive appointment of public accountant; dispense auditor (non-soliciting and less than $1 million revenue)
• to ratify acts of Directors and Officers
• to adjourn meeting
